In the time in which we live, your belonging has been voluntary. You personally have agreed to be part of a given organization, whether Orthodox, Catholic, or Protestant. And you have managed to see that in the Bible, which is the word of the god, there are no such organizations, and because of this you want to free yourself from it.

First of all, you must know that what is important is what happens before the god. If you have said before the god that you are becoming part of a given organization, he has written it down in the sky. Therefore, before anything else you must ask the god for forgiveness, for having been doing things against his word. After that you must go and announce that you are ending your membership in the organization itself. It would be best to explain your motives, that you cannot participate in something which is outside the biblical teaching.

Then it is necessary to continue your life with the god and with Jesus the anointed without occupying yourself with organizations. This in the beginning may seem a little heavy to you, but do not forget that you have been under a delusion for a long time, therefore, the beginning will not be easy. Start reading the Bible and praying to the god the way you read in the Bible, not with memorized prayers, but with those from your heart. If there is someone with whom to read, even better: whether close ones, whether friends (as Cornelius had done). Do not fear religion: you have protection from the sky.
